CLASSLETE REFUND POLICY

Things happen and because we value your business here at Classlete, below is a Defective Product Form for you to fill out, which will allow us to assess providing a replacement of your exact same order as soon as possible.

Once approved, expect to receive your replaced order within approximately 7-10 business days.

You can find your order number in the confirmation email sent with your sportscard/poster purchase.

No Refunds:

  • We do not provide refunds or exchanges for any product orders.
  • We will only replace the exact same item you ordered if it was received defective or damaged (i.e. torn, crushed, wet, and dirty).
  • Defective or damaged product does not include errors that the customer makes in the Classlete Sports Card or Poster design process (i.e. misspelled name, wrong/bad image placement, etc).

Defective or Damaged Product Replacement:

  • If you have received a defective or damaged product, please fill out this form, where you can provide your contact info, order number and upload photos of the defective product for our team to review and assess approving the replacement of your original order as soon as possible.
  • It will take 2-3 business days to review your information before notifying you if your submission for replacement is approved.
  • You will be notified of the approval by receiving a new Tracking Number that we will email you, which will confirm your submission has been approved.
  • Once approved, expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.
  • A new tracking number will be emailed to you, which will confirm the approval and allow you to track your shipment.
